Hayley Clifton created Reset Osteopathy as a boutique clinic with one clear focus: exceptional, personalised client care.

With over 24 years of experience practicing osteopathy across multiple clinics, Hayley wanted to create something unique for the Tasmanian market — a modern, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported and confident in their care.

Through the creation of 8 Penquite Health, Hayley has brought together like-minded medical and health professionals in a trusted, collaborative environment. The result is a welcoming health precinct designed to support positive client outcomes, with a focus on restoring movement, rebuilding functionality and helping people get back to doing what they love.

Born in Tasmania Hayley moved to Sydney study at University of Western Sydney graduating with Masters in Osteopathy in 2002. Working in private practice she also worked within the University as a Clinician, helping train and educate the Osteopaths of the future. Hayley then went onto to start her first clinic in Pyrmont, Sydney - Head to Toe Health.

After having children, she returned home to Tasmania to raise her family in Launceston enjoying the lifestyle that only Tasmania can offer.

In 2012 Hayley went on to be co-founder and director of BodyFocus where she built a reputation for focused patient care.

Hayley is a mother of three boys and enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, gardening and playing sports
